You will be able to contact us primarily via email, scheduled video call and messaging platform. For the weekly check-in, we communicate via the free video software, Loom, and encourage our clients to use it as well. The clients who are the most open and communicative always see the best results
No. All of our plans are custom to the client and their resources, but it is ideal to have a full array of equipment to work with. We have created custom plans for apartment complex gyms, hotel gyms, and home gyms in the past with great success for those clients, so do not hesitate to ask about your circumstances if getting a gym membership is out of the question for you.

The fitness workouts are designed to be adaptable, and you won’t need specialized equipment. We can customize the workouts based on what you have available.

Absolutely! Our coaching is suitable for all levels, including beginners. We’ll customize your program to meet you where you are in your fitness journey and progressively guide you toward your goals. We will continually guide you and take the process of learning to manipulate your food intake at a pace that matches your learning curve. When you sign up to work with us, we make sure to get a clear understanding of how “new” you are to lifting weights. We will tailor your programs to ease you into the process and strongly recommend that you send videos performing certain exercises to ensure proper form is used.

Reducing your regular alcohol intake can significantly enhance your progress. However, if social drinking is a part of your lifestyle, moderation is key. We will provide you with personalized calculations and guidance on how to enjoy alcohol responsibly while staying aligned with your fitness goals

Our timelines are tailored to your unique needs, determined during our consultation call. To achieve lasting lifestyle changes, we highly recommend a commitment of at least 6 months or more. Our coaching is focused on long-term transformations, catering to clients ready to embrace a lifestyle change, rather than those seeking short-term solutions for temporary goals or events

We do not provide meal plans, as the creation of such plans is legally restricted to Registered Dieticians.

Instead, our approach to nutrition is flexible and tailored to your individual needs. We often start by tracking your food intake to build awareness and nutritional knowledge. Depending on your goals, we may transition to flexible dieting, targeting macronutrient ranges, or shift towards managing portion sizes and emphasizing behavior change, moderation, and habit management.
